Where you can stay

8 hotels: Hong Kong, London, Boston, Chicago, New York, Pasadena, Sydney, Gold Coast.

The Langham London opened in 1865 as Europe's first purpose-built grand hotel, and it has a reasonable claim to having started the afternoon tea ritual that every luxury hotel now performs. The group is small and city-bound: Hong Kong, London, Boston, Chicago, New York, Pasadena, Sydney and the Gold Coast.

Couture is invitation only. One nice detail in the benefit wording: breakfast is specified by region rather than fudged, so you know whether you are getting a cooked English, an American, or an Asia Pacific buffet before you arrive.

These benefits come from the partner programmes this practice belongs to, and they are added to your reservation when we make the booking. They cost you nothing: the rate you pay is the rate you would find yourself. What varies is the property, because each programme sets its own terms and a few of them set them hotel by hotel.
