Your VIP perks for booking with us
- A shipboard credit through Virtuoso, often available on select 2026 and 2027 sailings: $300 per person in a Grill Suite, $175 in a balcony stateroom and $50 in an inside or oceanview stateroom.
- The credit is capped per stateroom at twice the per-person amount.
VirtuosoVirtuoso chooses which sailings carry the credit, and the amount depends on the stateroom category.
Cunard has been crossing the Atlantic since 1840, and it is the only line that still does so on a regular schedule. Queen Mary 2 was built for the purpose, a true ocean liner with a deep hull and a long bow, and the week between Southampton and New York remains one of travel's set pieces: days at sea with no ports, a library, a planetarium, lectures, and kennels for dogs making the crossing with their owners.
The rest of the fleet, each ship also a Queen, sails more conventional itineraries in Europe, Alaska and around the world. All share a deliberately traditional style. There is afternoon tea served by white-gloved waiters, a ballroom with a live orchestra, and gala evenings when black tie is expected. Guests in the Grills suites have their own restaurants and lounge.
